In 2015, Shiva Prasad couldn’t run 50 meters. What began as a commitment to improve his health soon evolved into a passion that carried him from his first 5K to marathons, ultras, and a deeper appreciation for resilience and community.
With UESCA certification and hands-on experience, he now focuses on helping adults over 45 build fitness through safe, structured, and progressive training — proving that it is never too late to start.
His coaching philosophy views running as a lifelong journey of movement and self-discovery. He emphasizes consistency, gradual progress, and injury-free development to build sustainable fitness and motivation.
Integrating strength work, mobility, and cross-training, he helps runners build a strong, resilient foundation — while encouraging them to enjoy the process and celebrate every milestone along the way.
