Tanmai has been an endurance coach guiding runners and multisport athletes since 2021, combining practical experience with evidence-based training to help them progress safely and consistently. He has coached over 500 runners, including marathoners, ultramarathoners, and triathletes, working with both beginners and experienced athletes.
As an athlete himself, he has completed several marathons, two ultras, and a Half Ironman, bringing firsthand race insight and realistic pacing strategies to his coaching. His approach focuses on individualized plans, smart periodization, strength and mobility training, and structured recovery to support long-term improvement and reduce injury risk.
He also emphasizes athlete education, covering pacing, nutrition basics, race tactics, and mental skills, while tailoring programmes to fit each athlete’s lifestyle and celebrating meaningful progress along the way.
